This young family of 4 wanted to have a development proposal for the entire accommodation, only the master bedroom is excluded from the mandate.

They wanted to transform their 4 1/2 to have 3 bedrooms, including a new bedroom to accommodate their newborn and divide the living room which was a double room, enlarge the kitchen area, a new functional bathroom and the laundry room moved to the basement.

The planning of this project was carried out based on the existing linear structure, making the most of the available space and its architectural characteristics.

We created a comfortable and open space with an excellent circulation axis to all the areas surrounding the kitchen.

The occupants of this traditional heritage duplex will enjoy a modern, friendly and super functional atmosphere.
